The organization focuses on the maintenance, protection, education and improvement of the health status of population groups and communities, its aim is to reduce risk factors and increase health promotion and prevention. It provides essential services such as screening, social support and counseling. Helping community members gain access to resources such as affordable medical, dental, and maternal health services.

The mission of the organization is being achieved through the help of community health volunteers who have received brief training on a health problem and have volunteered to engage with. They do these by initiating dialogue with household members make home visits etc. They guide the community on health improvement and disease prevention.

They also engage community members in health education by inviting members to attend continuous medical education and health talks that supports for actions and conditions of living conducive to health

The organization in collaboration with community health volunteers managed to develop a coherent health strategy that would help in promotion and preventions of risk factors of disease. And the organization is working effectively to achieve competence outcome.
